In October 2008, we launched a new facility to provide insurance cover for unoccupied properties in Ireland.

This product is aimed at Property Developers and Builders who
have newly built unsold & unoccupied properties that are in need
of Material Damage & Property Owners’ Liability insurance.

Typically once a property has been completed or work has ceased on a construction site for a period of 3 months, Contractors All Risks wordings will exclude such unsold and unoccupied properties.

Our product now offers a competitive solution to this problem.

Cover options available;

• Fire, Lightning, Explosion & Aircraft Only  
• Fire Lightning and Explosion plus Storm, Flood, Aircraft, Earthquake, Impact, Riot, Civil Commotion, Malicious Damage,
• Escape of Water.
