Solicitors Professional Indemnity
Aiken & Company are delighted to announce our partnership with two approved insurers for Solicitors Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Both insurers are rated by Standard & Poors A+(Strong) with a stable outlook and have a wide appetitie aimed at the following firm types.
- Firms where the percentage of historical (Last 3 years) residential and commercial conveyancing work combined does not exceed 15% of fee income
- Firms demonstrating strong Risk Management attributes
- Firms that are well run and are regarded as high quality
- Sole practitioners and new practices are also considered
If you feel that your firm qualifies under the above criteria we are delighted to advise that we will be in a position to secure terms for you from these companies.
To obtain a quotation we will need the following:
- Completion in full and return of the standard Law Socirty Proposal Form (click here for proposal form).
- Completion of the attached one page declaration form (click here for declaration form)
- If a new practice, copy of a business plan and CV for partners
