ELEVATOR UPDATE

Our Excess Liability Product, Elevator, has now been extended to include Excess Motor Third Party Property Damage insurance.

Cover is available for all forms of Commercial Motor Insurance including Motor Fleet.

The typical industry standard TPPD limit is €1.3m which would be insufficient in many instances given modern property values. All brokers should consider the adequacy of such limits for their policyholders and have their clients consider increasing them. 

Elevator can solve the problem of insufficient limits at a very competitive premium.

UNOCCUPIED HOUSES

Aiken & Co have launched a new facility to insure unoccupied houses. The facility is mainly aimed at Builders and Property Developers who, due to the current economic downturn have many completed houses unsold and unoccupied.
